Return policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.


Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Products must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Please do not send products back to the manufacturer. Customers will be charged shipping costs at most once (including return shipping). There is no restocking fee for returned items.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to post officially.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing may take a few days.
